Avery Grace: 10-days old

Avery Grace was born on October 17th...she's ten days old in these photos. Isn't she beautiful? When I arrived to take her pictures, she was wide awake. It took a little more milk in her belly and some snuggles from Mom in order for her to happily doze off while proud big sister, Lily, looked on.

The "S" Family

Last weekend, I nervously watched the sky as I drove over to the "S" family's house. Please don't rain. It had been overcast all day but so far, no raindrops. About two minutes after I arrived, we looked outside and it was misting. Luckily, it stopped after we waited a few more minutes and we were able to head outside for a little while on this chilly fall day.

Ayla Ming: Nebraska City

We took our little lady down to Nebraska City yesterday and went to the apple orchards. It was a cool, overcast, fall day--perfect for taking pictures.

Paige & Paxton: 2-years old

Twins, Paige and Paxton, turned two last week. The first time I held them when they were teeny-tiny newborns, they weighed less than five pounds! They have grown into two happy, rambunctious little toddlers who gave me a good workout. I'm sure they keep mom on her toes at all times! I am often humbled at the thought of my friends who have twins when I'm amidst one of those moments when I'm completely overwhelmed with just one child. I don't know how they do it.
