The "S" Family: Siblings

The "S" siblings wanted to get together for a few photos to give to their parents as a Christmas present. What a great idea--pictures make the best gifts! I have known Rick (the one on the far right in the first group shot) for about ten years...he's like a little brother to me and I'm so thrilled for him; he has found an amazing woman and is gaining a great set of in-laws. I had a blast shooting with all of them...you can tell they love to have a good time and really love eachother as well.

I know we were taking "family" photos, but little Miss Tenley was too cute...I couldn't help but snap a few of just her.

I'm a sucker for these and they definitely put in their all and didn't disappoint!

Ayla & Amber

We spent Thanksgiving week in Ohio...Ayla had a good time playing with her second cousin, Amber (or is it first cousin once removed...I've never understood how all that works.) Anyway. They are only five weeks apart in age and were so cute together.

I asked them to stand in front of the doors, look at me, and smile. They listened! I got TWO 2-year olds to cooperate. At. The. Same. Time. I don't think that ever happens. :)

Chelsie & Josh: Engaged

Chelsie and I have been talking about taking engagement photos for her and her fiance, Josh, for months. We finally got out and strolled around downtown on an unseasonably warm November afternoon to take a few.

Bethany: Class of 2011

This was one of the easiest shoots I've done. I'm accustomed to running after toddlers and climbing back into my car afterwards with sore legs so it was quite a different experience to work with someone who didn't need to be bribed or pleaded with. :) It was a super windy and chilly afternoon but Bethany was such a good sport and did everything I asked her to do with a smile on her face. I was giddy with excitement as I looked through her photos...she's gorgeous.

This next one is my favorite...she looks like a supermodel. :)
